Cancellation policy - if you provide at least 24 hours notice you recieve a full refund. Cancelling within the 24 hours before the session will incur the usual fee. This is due to the difficulty in booking other sessions in such short notice.

Discounted Sessions - Work and Income subsidise the cost of psychotherapy through the disability allowance. You don’t need to be on a benefit to access this through your GP. Find more infomation here.

Payment methods - online card payment and bank transfer are currently accepted. Invoices can be generated if required.

Indemnity insurance - I hold insurance through the Arahura Centre - this policy provides for a limit of $2m cover against risk of any acts of omission or commission that might be deemed to be in breach of professional responsibility to my clients. No liability will be accepted beyond this amount.
